New-to-CrossFit athletes must attend our 6:30pm CrossFit classes (M,T,W) before participating in our other regular CrossFit classes.

We recommend signing in to register for a class ahead of time and to check for cancellations. The above schedule reflects our normal operating hours but we do cancel classes from time-to-time because of coaching availability, weather, and other circumstances.
In addition, we will start implementing a cap on the number of people that can attend the 4:30pm/5:30pm classes. These two classes will be limited to 20-25 members each (depending on equipment required for WOD) on a first-come, first-served basis.
