Getting Started

Step One – Drop In for FREE!

Your first class is absolutely free. Come see what CrossFit is all about before making a commitment. Even if you have no previous CrossFit experience, we’d love to have you drop in during any regular class time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start to sign our waiver. To save time, create your profile and sign our online waiver here.

Step Two – 6:30pm CrossFit Classes

Required for ‘New to CrossFit’ Members

In these sessions, during regular class time, we will teach you everything you need to know to be ready for group fitness classes. If you have 6 months or more of previous CrossFit experience these sessions are not required. If 6:30pm doesn’t work for you, please contact us to set up an alternative class to attend.

Step Three – Group Classes

After successfully completing the 6:30pm sessions, athletes are free to join our daily group classes after coaches’ approval. See our schedule for more info.
