Even if you have no previous CrossFit experience, we’d love to have you drop in during any regular class time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start to sign our waiver. To save time, create your profile and sign our online waiver here.

CrossFit 460 Fundamentals

Required for ‘New to CrossFit’ Members

After your first class we will work with you to schedule 5 Fundamentals sessions. These are usually one-on-one with a coach and give you an opportunity to learn the movements, equipment, and do some workouts. These are included in your first month’s membership fee. If you have 6 months or more of previous CrossFit experience at an affiliate these sessions are not required. Email us to get started!

Group Classes

After successfully completing the fundamentals sessions, athletes are free to join our daily group classes after coaches’ approval. See our schedule for more info.
